Mr.L.Chandrakumar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners / appellants would submit that the parents of the petitioners / appellants were the parties in the writ proceedings, but they died after disposal of the writ petition and before filing of the present writ appeal. Thus, the present miscellaneous petition seeking leave has been instituted by the legal heirs of the parties in the writ proceedings.

In view of the above submission, leave granted and this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
