This Writ Petition is filed forbearing the first respondent from initiating any further action in terms of Section 45A dated 20.07.2022 and the consequential proceedings dated 30.08.2024 until the OP.SR.No.411 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 filed by petitioner is taken up for admission by the Principal Labour Court, Chennai and for further other orders.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, both side learned counsel are present. Now the Presiding Officer is very much there in the Principal Labour Court, Chennai. As such, the petitioner shall file a memo along with the website uploaded copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order and upon filing of the memo not later than two weeks from the date of uploading of the copy of the order, the Labour Court shall endeavour forthwith to take up the matter for admission and consideration of the interim order prayed for by the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that until then status-quo as on today shall be maintained by the respondent organization and thereafter, they can proceed 3/5

but all further proceedings will be subject to the interim order that may be passed by the Principal Labour Court.
