O R D E R

Heard Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 03.10.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the first respondent and intended to participate in the e-tender and to submit bids by 11.00 hours on 14.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates. He further submitted that though the petitioner has made application for the aforesaid certificates to the 2/4

second respondent, the same were not issued to the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates by 5.00 p.m. today i.e., on 08.10.2025.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
