PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025 and 27.09.2025 and thereby directing the second respondent to issue the Work Site Inspections Certificate and Working Condition of the Plant and Machineries Certificate on or before 08.10.2025 so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the E-tender process in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court and pass orders.

ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025 and 27.09.2025 and thereby direct the second respondent to issue the Work Site Inspections Certificate and Working Condition of the Plant and Machineries Certificate on or before 08.10.2025 so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the E-tender process in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the certificates which are sought for in the prayer will be issued to the petitioner before 3:30 pm today.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General for respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue the certificates, which are sought for in the prayer before 3:30 pm today.
