The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original copy of the impugned FIR in Crime No.143 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
