ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 305(a) of BNS Act, in Crime No.612 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner stole five mobile phones worth Rs.11,000/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent reported that the petitioner has twelve pending cases, the investigation is complete, and the final report is filed in C.C.No.512 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

5.Considering the offence's nature, the petitioner's antecedents, and if the
