ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide order of this Court dated 14.10.2025 the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- to the credit of S.C.No.10 of 2023, on the file of Magalir Neethimandran (FTMC), Udhagamandalam for confirming his suspension of sentence, and the petitioner has complied with the said condition. He has also filed a copy of E-Challan to that effect.
