ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.556/2024 dated 08.10.2024 issued by the third respondent. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
On perusal of records revealed that the third respondent by his communication dated 08.10.2024 reported the fraudulent activities of the accused persons in manipulating the documents by forging the signature and impersonation and also invited the second respondent to conduct an inquiry. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with the above prayer.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register a separate FIR on the report submitted by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.556/2024 dated 08.10.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and proceed further in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
