(made by P.Velmurugan, J.) Since this Court is inclined to take up the main criminal appeal itself for final hearing, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands closed. 2.

Despite the order of this Court dated 13.10.2025 to call for the original records from the trial Court, the same is yet to be received. 3.

Therefore, the Registry shall send a reminder to the trial Court for sending the original records and after receiving the same, prepare the typed set of papers and serve a copy of the same to the learned counsel on record for the appellant(s).
