Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records in pursuant to the detention order issued by the 2 nd respondent C3/D.O.No.35/2025 dated 12.09.2025 and set aside the same and consequentially direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband the detenu Saravanan @ Karadi Saravanan.S/o.Subramani, aged about 37 years, now confined at Central Prison, Vellore, Vellore District before this Court and set him at liberty.
