2. It can be seen that the Approval Petition filed by the Management in respect of non-employment was refused and the same is challenged by the Management and there is an interim order.

3. In view thereof, the petitioners are entitled to their last drawn wages. The affidavit duly discloses that they are not otherwise in gainful employment and it is seen that the allegations are also not refuted by way of any counteraffidavit.
4. In view thereof, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed, with a direction to the respondents to pay their last drawn wages of the petitioners. The arrears of wages from the month of April-2025 till February-2026 shall be paid on or before 30.03.2026. As far as the last drawn wages from the month of March-2026 onwards, the same shall be paid on or before 5th of the every subsequent calendar month.
