Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to survey the land comprised in Old survey No.322/1A3B situated at Kundarapali Revenue Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District in the presence of 2nd respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to survey the land comprised in Old survey No.322/1A3B situated at Kundarapali Revenue Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District in the presence of 2nd respondent..
2. It is seen that in order to survey the aforementioned land, the petitioner submitted representation before the second respondent. So far the second respondent did not take any step to survey and demarcate the aforementioned land. Hence, this writ petition. 2/4
3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to survey the aforementioned land based on the title deed produced by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
