A Nos.103, 104 and 105 of 2025 in T.O.S No.13 of 2024 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of the 1st defendant, C.D.Rajkumar ii) to set aside the abatement caused on account of the 1st defendant C.D.Rajkumar and iii) to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4, the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant, C.D.Rajkumar, as defendants 3, 4, and 5 in T.O.S No.13 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
