O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue suitable directions to the Competent Authority to pass orders for giving effect post up-gradation together with pay on par with the petitioner's Junior in Finance Department in furtherance to implementation of the orders issued by the State Government in G.O.Ms.No.31, P&AR (U.Spl) Department, dated 01.03.2017 and consequent to the Government U.O. Note No.37433/U.Spl/2013-33, P&AR Department, dated 04.07.2017 by taking note of the orders passed in Contempt Petition No.2233 of 2018, dated 08.12.2023.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, 2/4

the first respondent is directed to issue directions to the Competent Authority to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
