O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition (i) passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1581 of 2024 in Crime No.3 of 2023 dated 04.11.2024 in respect of this petitioner.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case in Crime No.3 of 2023, the first condition imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1581 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 i.e., the petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.17,75,498/- along with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
