This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.03.2016 within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the third respondent will pass final orders within a week. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
