This petition is filed to condone the delay of 180 days in payment of deficit court fees of Rs.9,123/- in the above C.M.A.Sr. No.58625 of 2025.

2. There is no representation on the side of the respondents though their name is printed in the cause list after due notice. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered. The Petitioner is directed to pay the deficit court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
