O R D E R

The prayer in this application reads as follows:- "To direct the respondent/ Official Trustee to consider the applicants application dated 25.11.2024 for grant of lease of vacant land, for a period of 25 years of an extent of 40x53 1/4

comprised in Survey No.3355, bearing Door No.239, R.K.Mutt Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004."

2. The prayer of the applicant cannot be granted for the simple reason the Trust property cannot be alienated on the whims and fancies of the individuals. If at all the Official Trustee decides to lease out the property in question, the same can be done only by way of a public auction.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
