Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and quash the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Cu.Pa.No.276/98-99 dated 28.05.2004 and consequently directing the respondents to pay petitioner Rs.20,000/- as damages with interest and cost. The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records and quash the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Cu.Pa.No.276/98-99 dated 28.05.2004 and consequently direct the respondents to pay petitioner Rs.20,000/- as damages with interest and cost.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the deficit stamp duty of Rs.4,029/- and get return of the document from the concerned authorities. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.It is made it clear that if the writ petitioner pays the said amount to the concerned authorities, the document shall be returned to the writ petitioner after completion of the registration immediately, if there is no other legal impediment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
