ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a mention that, in paragraph 5 of the order dated 16.10.2025, the date of the warrant of civil arrest has been wrongly mentioned as 16.06.2023 instead of 19.12. 2024 and the same shall be rectified. Further in the order, it has been mentioned that the execution proceedings shall be completed on or before 31.01.2026. The time for completion of the execution proceedings is now https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

extended till 28.02.2026. The said correction shall also be carried out.

2. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 16.10.2025 shall remain unaltered.

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the counsel for the parties.
