PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magaistrate, Pochampalli to dispose of the OS.No.63 of 2024, within the time to be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to trial court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking declaration and recovery of possession. The suit was filed during May 2024.

3. A perusal of the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge would indicate that the first defendant filed his written statement on 10-02-2025 and the same was adopted by defendants 2 to 9. The defendants 10 and 11 were set ex-parte and the suit was posted for framing of issues. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the suit was filed during May 2024 and the same is in the stage of framing of issues, this Court is inclined to direct the learned trial judge to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
