ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(a) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19581 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024 in Cr.No.30 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.19581 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 08.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District.
