Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Impugned notice in Na.Ka.A/1217/2002 dated 16.06.2003 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner from the land comprised in S.F.No.45/7 an extent of 0.115 acres in Vasishtapuram village Thittakudi Sub-District Taluk, Vridachalam Cuddalore Distict unless by due process of law.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to quash the Impugned notice in Na.Ka.A/1217/2002 dated 16.06.2003 passed by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the disposal of the proceedings for the eviction has been dropped out on 01.10.2017. Recording the submission of the letter dated 01.10.2017 of Tahsildar, Virudhachalam, there is nothing survives in this writ petition, hence this writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
