2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 40 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30418 of 2024 on 05.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 22-01-2025 To
