Prayer: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2024 and direct 1/6
the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to release the pending retirement benefits to the petitioner without insisting upon the production of original documents.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2024 and direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to release the pending retirement benefits to the petitioner without insisting upon the production of original documents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that originally he was appointed as Record Clerk on Compassionate grounds and retired from the service on 31.05.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given all his educational certificates to the respondent on 23.01.1992 seeking to regularize his appointment which is made on compassionate grounds. When this being the case the respondents have not considered the same and sent several letters seeking to produce the original School Transfer Certificate and S.S.L.C certificate. The sum and substance of the case is that as the services of the petitioner has not been regularized, he has not given terminal benefits. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the Respondents regarding the said issue on 08.08.2024. However, there is no progress in the said representation, which has given rise to this petition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
6. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
7. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
8. With the above observations this writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
