ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri Arun states that petition came to be filed since there is no Presiding Officer in the Debts Recovery Tribunal at that time. Counsel states that since the Debts Recovery Tribunal is now functioning and petitioner will move the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

2. Shri Siddharth Ramarajan states that petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
