The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the entire records of the respondent http://www.judis.nic.in
M. DHANDAPANI,J pertaining to the notice in C.M.18 dated 29.04.2004 and quash the same.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous as the same notice was issued under SARFAESI Act. and the same was quashed by this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, nothing survive in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
