(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 368 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.33,000/- in the above Cross Appeal.

2. Ms.C.Bhuavanasundari, learned counsel for R1 and Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for R6, who are before this Court, submit that they have no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the delay of 368 days in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned. Registry is directed to number the cross objection and post the same for arguments on 19.02.2026.
