2.We have already impleaded Ms.Mahek Parvez as a party on the basis of the settlement deed produced by the party-in-person. It is the duty of the settlor to ensure proper title is conveyed to the settlee. By the assignment of her right, the original cause of action is not lost. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is considered unnecessary and dismissed.
