ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking interference with an order passed by the 3rd respondent,

the District Collector / Inspector of Panchayat, Vellore, dated 03.12.2024 and to direct the 1st respondent to provide opportunity to the petitioner by considering a representation dated 26.11.2024. 2.In view of narrow scope of the averments made in the writ petition, the main writ petition itself stands disposed by this order. 3.On a complaint given by the 7th respondent, an enquiry was conducted against the writ petitioner who was the Ward Member No.9 of the Gudiyatham Panchayat Union. The petitioner wanted a further representation to be included and also to be considered during the course of enquiry. She had forwarded the additional representation. But however, by the impugned letter, it had been informed that the entire file had been forwarded to the 1st respondent / the Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Chennai, for consideration to pass necessary orders.

4.If the 1st respondent had not passed any order as on date / 21.01.2025 then, an obligation is placed on the 6th respondent / the Block

Development Officer, Gudiyatham, Vellore, to forward the additional representation given by the petitioner also to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent may pass orders along with the records already forwarded to him and on the basis of the additional representation now given by the petitioner herein.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 6th respondent to forward the additional representation within a period of three working days to the 1st respondent. No costs.
