ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16713 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised a serious objection to the relaxation of the condition on the ground that the petitioner has not complied with the earlier condition and that the allegation of non-compliance is under enquiry before this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16713 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday, until further orders.
4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is directed to ascertain whether any material is available to show that the petitioner utilized the IMEI number given in the report filed by the respondent police. 5.
