ORDER

The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act and Section 132 of BNS, in Crime No.175 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 6(b) "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.22745 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.22745 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., until further orders" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
