ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph

2/4 No.4 against the petitioner, vide order dated 24.04.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.5328 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.23623 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this petition stands ordered.

4.Post the matter on 05.12.2025.
