Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator, New Delhi for Rs.11,000/- from CPF Account, d) Permission be accorded to recoup the said amount of Rs.11,000/- to the CPF Account as and when realized into the account of the company in liquidation, e) To direct the cost of this application do come out of funds of the subject company in provisional liquidation. By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to make payment to the advocate engaged before the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi & PMLA Special Court in the case preferred by the State Bank of India.

2. Upon examining the report of the Official Liquidator dated 07.10.2025 in support of the application and being satisfied that the payment is required to be made, the application is allowed.
