Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 345 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.175327 of 2024. Also she would submit that the notice had been served on the Respondents 1 and 2 and the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 has been printed in the cause list.

2. Considering that the petition for condonation of delay is leniently allowed by this Court, the petition in C.M.P.No.908 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 345 days.
