Mr.D.Venkatachlam, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

Though notice was served to the first respondent and its name appear in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 410 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 410 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.D.Venkatachlam, counsel for the 2nd respondent, at the time of admission.
