2.Though the judgment in C.S.No.412 of 2025 was delivered on 16.08.2024, it is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the certified copy of the judgment and decree was applied only on 18.08.2025, which is untenable. The appellant has not given any valid reason to
condone the huge delay in filing the appeal. Thus, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay.
3.Therefore, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. In view of dismissal of the same, O.S.A.SR.No.161077 of 2025 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
