3.Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to amend the Survey number as 249/3B2 instead of 242/3B2 in the prayer of the writ petition and also in Paragraph Nos.1 & 3 of the order passed in W.P.No.33802 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
