ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 requesting to survey and to lay boundary stones to petitioner's agricultural land comprised in survey No.86/1, situated at Thooppur Village, Dhamodarahalli post, Pochamapalli Taluk krishangiri district admeasuring an extent of 0.40.49 hectares (1 acre) as per the revenue records, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner owns the land comprised in survey No.86/1, situated at Thooppur Village, Dhamodarahalli post, Pochamapalli Taluk krishangiri district admeasuring an extent of 0.40.49 hectares (1 acre). In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted an application before the respondents concerned. So far no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid land based on the title deed produced by him, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if there are, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
