This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 1st respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A.Sr.No.204599 of 2025, it is otherwise in order.
