Respondent PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in ROC No.2630/2004/H1 dated 06.12.2004 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent municipality to remove the seal affixed by them in the premises of the petitioner and also to issue a temporary licence for running the mutton and fish stall in his premises at Kottai Muniappan Koil Street, Rajiv Nagar, Sathyamangalam, Erode Dsitrict, as per the direction of the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18698/2003.
