The present application has been filed to grant the applicant/plaintiff herein leave to sue suit property No.1 and institute the present suit before this Hon'ble Court.

2. Ms.Aishwarya Nathan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that she has no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
