This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.2727 of 2019 dated 25.09.2020. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondent have now produced before this Court the proceedings dated 15.03.2025 and the cheques that have been issued to the petitioners in the Contempt Petition. Receipt of money by way of cheques was also acknowledged by the petitioners. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the order of this Court has been complied with, even though with a delay.
