The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:- To call for the records of the 1st respondent in relation to the final notice in C.P.No.1206/2013 TMC-II, dated 10.10.2024 and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and perused the records. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is informed that the statutory appeal has been filed. However, the recovery notice is sought to be enforced. Considering the fact that the statutory appeal has been filed, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the recovery shall be deferred till the disposal of the appeal.
