ORDER

Today, this Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For Extension of Time".

2. By order dated 15.04.2024, this Court directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.2 of 2019 and conclude the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri, sought permission of this Court to extend time by two months to comply with the order dated 15.04.2024 of this Court and to dispose of the matter, vide letter D.No.307/2025, dated 14.02.2025, on the ground that the prosecution side prayed for more time to produce L.W.14 (Investigation Officer), who was undergoing medical treatment.

4. Considering the reasons mentioned in the said letter dated 14.02.2025, time is extended as prayed for by two months to dispose of the case.
