Mr.R.Sethuvarayar Order The mother has filed this petition seeking to withdraw HMOP.No.167 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram and transfer the same to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/mother is residing at Mayiladuthurai; however, the trial has commenced at Chidambaram. Feeling inconvenience to travel from Mayiladuthurai to Chidambaram, she filed this petition for transfer.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that only to drag on the proceedings, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side, this court is inclined to transfer HMOP.No.167 of 2024 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai. Learned Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.167 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to both the parties.
