ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed on the allegation of illegal mining in the lake belonging to Water Resources Department in S.No.450/A(Part), Panapakkam Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the State, Water Resources Department, would refer to a letter dated 05.11.2025 filed before this Court, which shows that on the basis of the complaint which was made by the petitioner, the quarry site was inspected on various dates and it has been found that entire quarry was operated as per the norms prescribed by the District Administration without any violation.
3. Taking into consideration the factual report, which is based on several inspection on site carried out by the respondents, we do not consider it appropriate to pass any order. The prayer is only for holding enquiry, which has already been done.
