This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 17.9.2024 and 17.10.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a complaint before the respondents 1 & 2 not to declare the petitioner as Non-Performing Asset. However, the petitioner preferred appeal before the appellate authority as against the respondents herein. Hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
