to issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.780/2 situate at Pillipakuttai Village, Karkoodalpatti Bit-3 Revenue Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, based on the petitioners' representation dated 30.03.2025.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioners in respect of the subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioners on 30.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. On carefully going through the records, it is seen that the petitioners have already filed a suit in O.S.No.43 of 2025 against the official respondents, which is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram. Apart from that, proceedings have also been initiated under the Land Encroachment Act.

4. Under these circumstances, there is no question of asking the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioners dated 2/4

30.03.2025 seeking for issuance of patta. Unless and until the civil proceedings come to an end, there is no question of directing the revenue authorities to deal with the representation. It is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the Civil Court, where the suit in O.S.No.43 of 2025 is pending.
