relating to the order of the 1st respondent made in Enquiry summon Letter No.7264664/DC-4(1)/2024-5 dated 25.09.2025, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to hold an enquiry afresh as per the directives and Guidelines of the Apex Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to the notice dated 25.09.2025 of the State Level Scrutiny Committee is essentially based on the submission that the Committee has issued notice to the petitioner calling for her response based on the material, which has been collected through Vigilance Cell without proper enquiry.
2. It is submitted that the vigilance cell, while making enquiry, did not make proper enquiry at the native place of the petitioner, as claimed by her, but the material has been collected by making enquiry in certain limited areas of temporary residence.
3. All the submissions, which have been made before this Court, may be placed before the State Level Scrutiny Committee, pursuant to the notice, which has been issued to the petitioner by the Committee.
4. The purpose of giving notice to the petitioner is to invite petitioner's response/objection and other materials, which the petitioner is obliged to place before the Committee, to discharge the burden that she belongs to the Community which she claims, as held repeatedly by the Supreme Court in several decisions. Therefore, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all objections and place materials before the State Level Scrutiny Committee, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
